We ship worldwide, so prices and delivery times may vary by location. The costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your place of residence. See the table below for shipping costs within the Netherlands, within Europe and outside Europe.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands → €4.95 (Post NL)
Shipping costs within Europe → €7.95 (DHL)
Shipping costs outside Europe → €19.95 (DHL)
As a small team, we can process orders two or three times a week. You will receive the order within the Netherlands approximately between one and three working days. The delivery time within and outside Europe depends on where you live.
Please note that when you place an order outside Europe, import duties, customs duties and local sales tax may have to be paid upon delivery.

Return
We strive to make everyone happy with a purchase. Do you still want to return an item(s)? Which can! We have a 30-day return policy, which means that after receiving your order you have 30 days to return it. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Obviously unused, not damaged or modified.
Please note : We do not reimburse return costs, but we will refund the previously incurred shipping costs. If a mistake has been made by our team, we will pay the return costs.
Follow these steps for the return:
STEP 1 - Request the return in your online account. Do not have an account? Then follow the steps below.
STEP 2 - A return form is standard added to the order. We ask you to fill this in and send it with the return of the item(s), so that we can match the order to the return and process your return shipment.
STEP 3 - Pack the item(s) securely and securely to ensure it is not damaged in transit. We recommend that you use the original packaging, also to save waste.
STEP 4 - Cut out the address label from the return form and stick it visibly on the package. You can also write down the return address below:

STEP 5 - Take the package to a post office of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

refund
Once we have received and checked the returned item(s), we will issue a refund. The amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. If you used a gift card or voucher for the purchase, the original code will be reactivated within 14 days after receipt of your return. If more than 14 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at retouren@wiggled.nl .
exchange
We understand that the purchase may not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a direct exchange service at this time. The quickest way to ensure you receive what you are looking for is to return the purchase and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of another item(s). The costs for returning and possibly resending an item(s) are for your own account. We understand this can be annoying. We would like to help you with this possible new purchase so that you can make an informed decision. Feel free to contact us at returns@wiggled.nl . We are ready to assist you.
Damage or problems
We recommend that you check the item(s) within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us within these 48 hours if it is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item or quantity. We will evaluate the problem and offer a solution. Send an e-mail to returns@wiggled.nl with the order number, a description of the problem and a picture of the situation. We strive to respond to your email as quickly as possible and find a solution.
